How It Works
Ticket Selection and Budget Allocation
Employees can choose the Deutschlandticket directly in the app. They see how much of their mobility budget is allocated to the ticket and the remaining balance they may need to cover.
Payment Summary
Before purchasing, employees receive a detailed payment summary that outlines:
The total cost of the Deutschlandticket.
The amount subsidized by their employer using the mobility budget.
The remaining amount (if any) they need to pay themselves.
Payment Process
Employees can select their preferred payment method (e.g., credit or debit card) to pay any outstanding difference.
Digital Ticket Access
After purchase, the Deutschlandticket is delivered as a QR code within the app. Employees can use this QR code for travel and can save it to their mobile wallet for easy access.
Usage Tracking
Employees can track their mobility usage and budget balance in the app’s “Verlauf” (history) section. This also includes insights like their CO₂ savings, contributing to sustainability goals.
