Upon logging in, you'll see an overview of the key information as well as key performance indicators:
Pending Invoices: Displays the number of outstanding invoices. Click "See Details" for more information.
Total Users: Shows the total count of users.
Current Account Balance: Indicates the currently available balance in your company account that you set up with our Partner ADYEN during the OnBoarding. This account is being used to distribute the Mobility Budget to your employees.
Questions and Answers: We linked our Knowledge Base for Admins. By clicking "Find answers" you will get directed to our Knowledge Base
Feedback: We would always like to hear about your thoughts and experience. By clicking "Give Feedback" you can share your experience with us.
CO2 Offsetting: The graph on the right shows CO2 offsetting trends over time (e.g., December to January). Use this to monitor environmental impact.

Users Active, Activated and with Budget Allocated
The "Users Active, Activated and with Budget Allocated" chart tracks user engagement and budget allocation over recent months (e.g., Aug '24 β Jan '25). This is useful for performance monitoring. You can select your preferred date range in the top right corner.
Deutschlandticket Purchases
This chart shows the number of Deutschlandticket purchases over time. Use it to analyze monthly ticket purchases and plan for future requirements. You can select your preferred date range in the top right corner.
Employee Module Selection
This chart shows the how your employees chose to use their Mobility Budget. It shows what Modules got selected. Combinations are possible. Use it to analyze which modules are being heavily used. You can select your preferred month in the top right corner.
Operator Usage
This chart shows the how which operators your employees chose to spend their Mobility Budget. Use it to analyze what is the preferred option to move around. You can select your preferred month in the top right corner.
