If your phone has no reception you will still be able to access your D-ticket as we have an offline version available, ensuring that even in areas with no signal, you can still access your ticket.
The offline mode activates automatically when your phone loses signal, or you can manually activate it by enabling flight mode or turning off your signal.
Upon activation, you will be directed to a login page with a noticeable red banner at the top. Clicking on this red banner will lead you to view your Deutschlandticket.
