Please be advised that if you purchase your Deutschlandticket via Giropay that you can only purchase the ticket for the current month. Your Deutschlandticket Subscription will be cancelled and you need to purchase the Deutschlandticket every month to receive one.
The reason is that this payment method only allows purchases for the current calendar month. Advance purchases or subscription renewals are not possible via Giropay.
