1. 🔐 NAVIT Admin-Zugang
Your NAVIT account has already been set up, and you should have already received an activation email from NAVIT.
Once your access has been activated, you can add additional admins independently via the NAVIT Admin Portal.
Tip: We recommend making sure that at least two people from your company have admin access, or using a shared group mailbox.
2. 🪪 Complete the KYC Process
The next important step is the KYC process (Know Your Customer).
Please complete this process in full. The following video shows you step by step how to proceed:
Important: You can only proceed with the next steps once the KYC process has been completed.
3. 💳 SEPA Direct Debit aktivieren
Once you have successfully completed the KYC process, you can activate SEPA Direct Debit.
You can find this function in the NAVIT Admin Portal under:
Navigation → Billing → SEPA Direct Debit

4. 👥 Employee Upload
Once the KYC process has been completed, you can add your employees to NAVIT via the User Upload.

5. 📊 Invoices and Payroll Report
Both invoices and the Payroll Report are available at any time in the NAVIT Dashboard.

6. 📣 Inform Your Employees
To help you provide your employees with comprehensive information about the new NAVIT benefit, we have made our NAVIT communication materials available to you.
You can use these materials directly for your internal communications and share them with your employees.

For your employees, we have a range of short videos explaining the most important features and flows in the NAVIT App.
