If an aggregated total consumption is claimed instead of individual charging sessions, the following must be clearly identifiable:
The period to which the total consumption refers, with a clearly defined start and end date (e.g., 01.01.2026 to 31.01.2026). If this is not recognizable, the employee must manually add the period in the app.
The total amount of electricity charged during the period in kWh, specifically assigned to that timeframe.
Proof of origin: It must be clear that the amount is attributable to home charging processes and does not include any charging sessions at external public charging stations.
