What should I do if I notice unauthorised used, fraud, loss or theft of my card details?

If you suspect unauthorised use, fraud, loss or theft of your card details, act immediately to protect your account.


First block your card by following these steps:


1. Login to your NAVIT APP
2. Tap on see More on the card on your home screen
3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen where it says Danger Zone
4. Tap on Lock Card

After blocking your card, contact our support team to report the issue and request a replacement card if needed. We’ll guide you through the next steps and help secure your account.
