1. Accessing the User Creation Page
Navigate to the "Users" section from the left-hand menu.
Click on the option to create a new user (blue add user icon), which will bring up the "Create new user" form.
2. Filling Out Personal Information
Mandatory Fields:
First Name: Enter the user's first name.
Last Name: Enter the user's last name.
Email: Provide the user’s email address.
Status: Select the user’s status from the dropdown menu.
Level: Choose the appropriate user level
Start Date/End Date: Specify the time period for the user’s access (if applicable).
Important: If you would like to select an end date toward the end of a month, the account will be terminated at 23:30h of the day you pick. Changing and end date cannot be done retroactively!
Tax Free: Indicate if the user qualifies for tax-free benefits by selecting the appropriate option.
Personnel Number: Add an identifier for internal use.
Cost Centre: Associate the user with a specific cost center.
3. Mobility Benefit
Budget: Input the budget you would like to offer for the user’s mobility benefits.
Available Products: (depends on individual setup)
Per Default, all Products that are set up for your company are selected depending on your selected Employee Level.
You can still Toggle the "Allow product" switch for any of the following:
NAVIT Mobility Budget: A general budget card for mobility expenses.
Deutschlandticket: Enable subscription for this public transportation ticket.
Fuel and Charge: Allow for fuel and charging expenses.
Bike Leasing: Provide access to bike leasing options.
eBike Subscription: Enable subscription for eBikes.
4. Finalizing the User Creation
Once all information is entered:
Click the "Save" button to create the user.
To discard changes, click the "Cancel" button.
The User will receive an Invitation Email with a Download Link for the NAVIT App. Next, he can register and start using his Mobility Budget after the account Setup is completed.
