The Invoices section allows you to view and manage invoices for various services and charges. Follow these steps to understand and navigate this section effectively:

1. Viewing Invoices
The invoices are listed in a table format with the following columns:
Date: Displays the month and year of the invoice (e.g., "January 2025").
Invoice Type: Specifies the type of invoice, such as "deutschlandTicket," "Fees," or "Mobility."
Amount: Shows the amount charged for the invoice (e.g., "112.25 β¬").
Company: Indicates the issuer of the invoice (e.g., "NAVIT").
Invoice ID: Lists the unique identifier for the invoice (e.g., "NDT-RYD-930105").
Status: Displays the current status of the invoice:
NEW: Indicates a recently issued invoice that is yet to be processed.
PAID: Indicates that the invoice has been settled.
Actions: Provides a download icon to save the invoice locally.
2. Filtering Invoices
Show Voided Invoices Toggle: Enable this toggle to view voided or canceled invoices.

3. Managing Invoice Status
The Status column helps identify the state of an invoice:
For NEW invoices, ensure payment is processed promptly.
For PAID invoices, no further action is required, but the document can be downloaded for record-keeping.
For VOIDED invoices, there has been an issue with the invoice from NAVIT Side. Please assure, that your accounting team is aware that the invoicing should not be processed
4. Downloading Invoices
To download an invoice:
Locate the relevant row.
Click the Download Icon in the "Actions" column.
